Job Overview:

The Copywriter plays a crucial role in the content creation process, working closely with the marketing and design teams to produce copies that speak to the clients' target audiences. The Copywriter will need to be a wordsmith with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and the nuances of language. Creativity, social media savvy, and an understanding of the art of content creation are paramount.

Responsibilities & Duties:

-⁠  ⁠Create engaging, clear, and concise copy across various digital platforms, including hashtags, websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertisements.

-⁠  ⁠Develop and leverage tactics for wording that are tailored for each platform.

-⁠  ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals.

-⁠  ⁠Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.

-⁠  ⁠Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences to ensure content is relevant and impactful.

-⁠  ⁠Analyze content performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of copy, audience engagement, and adapt strategies as needed.

-⁠  ⁠Work with the design team to ensure copy aligns with brand voice and style, enhancing the overall messaging and audience engagement.


-⁠  ⁠Proven experience as a Copywriter or related role in digital marketing.

-⁠  ⁠Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across various digital formats.

-⁠  ⁠Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for digital platforms.

-⁠  ⁠Excellent research skills to ensure content is accurate and innovative.

-⁠  ⁠Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.

-⁠  ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

 Desirable Skills:

-⁠  ⁠Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

-⁠  ⁠Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to analyze content performance.

-⁠  ⁠Understanding of customer journey mapping and how to craft copy that guides users through a conversion funnel.
