Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and CSO. This position involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for facilitating effective communication among executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage and coordinate the executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings.

- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the executive team.

- Prepare and organize emails, reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.

- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and corporate functions.

- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for executive review.

- Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and with other departments.

- Ensure seamless operation of office systems, including proficiency in Office 365 tools.

- Handle routine administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the executive office.


- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.

- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent proficiency in Office 365 applications and other relevant software.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
